Professional Philosophy Hartlaub, Dotten & Terry, P.C. traces back its roots to 1939, when the original firm, Hughes & Hartlaub was formed. To this day the firm continues to utilze the contacts and experience of more than 60 years of practice throughout the state of New Jersey.
Our professional philosophy is to provide a "hands on" approach to all of our cases. In this way, the firm distinguishes itself from the large law firms where, in many instances, a clients file is shuffled back to an associate and the attorney who was originally hired is never heard from again.
The firm also recognizes the need to provide a competitive fee structure for major clients who must operate within established budget parameters. We are always anxious to take these matters into consideration in developing a viable financial framework so that a relationship can be successful for the client and the firm.
If there is one term that characterizes Hartlaub, Dotten & Terry, it is "diversification". The composition of the firm has purposely evolved to include individual specialists in the following areas:
This diversification has also enabled the firm to serve a meaningful role as a "general counsel" where clients require learned direction for the myriad legal issues confronting all business today. The firms business and professional relationships prove invaluable in serving in such a general counsel capacity.
